Carried out the Verification of the independence requirements of the Board of Statutory Auditors members
San Potito Sannitico August 1st 2024 Seri Industrial S.p.A. (hereinafter also the 'Company') today announces that the Board of Directors, took note of the verification carried out by the Board of Statutory Auditors appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting of May 7th 2024, whereby the Board of Statutory Auditors ensured that the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors meet the requirements of independence, pursuant to art. 148, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and according to the criteria subject to art. 2, recommendation 7, of the Corporate Governance Code of listed companies as well as in accordance with the 'Rules of Conduct for the Board of Statutory Auditors of Listed Companies' issued by the CNDCEC, in relation to the following members of the Board of Statutory Auditors: Matteo Caratozzolo - Chairman, Daniele Cauzillo and Susanna Russo, Standing Auditors.
