Notice Regarding Change in Officers, Managing Officers and Other Personnel of Seibu Holdings Inc.Seibu Holdings Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that at its Board of Directors' meeting held today, it resolved to make changes to its officers and Managing Officers. In addition, the Company hereby announces that it will make changes to other personnel on April 1, 2026.
The Company has previously implemented an employment-type Managing Officer system, but with the aim of enhancing Managing Officers' motivation to achieve its and the Group's performance targets and clarifying their responsibilities, the Company will transition to a delegation-type Managing Officer system effective April 1, 2026. Furthermore, with the aim of more clearly separating decision-making and supervisory functions from business execution in its management, the Company plans to introduce a new Group Managing Officer system effective on the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2026.
The change in officers (new appointments) is scheduled to be formally decided by approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, etc. and by resolution of the Board of Directors, etc.
