~The 6th is issued as a Green Nature Bond, and the 7th as a Social Bond, Promoting theSeibu Group’s Sustainability Action from a financial perspective~

Seibu Holdings Inc. hereby announces that today, we have determined the terms of issuance for the 6th and 7th Series of Unsecured Corporate Bonds. The details are described below. Based on the “Sustainable Finance Framework” established on March 26 of this year, we issued the 6th Series Unsecured Corporate Bonds as “Green Nature Bonds” and the 7th Series Unsecured Corporate Bonds as “Social Bonds.” By promoting the resolution of environmental and social issues from a financial perspective and diversifying our funding sources, we will further strengthen our Group’s financial foundation.

    Regarding compliance with various principles, we have obtained a third-party opinion on the Sustainable Finance Framework from Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (JCR), a third-party rating agency. The framework has received the highest rating in both the “JCR Sustainability Finance Framework Assessment” (“SU1

    (F)”) and the “JCR Nature Finance Framework Assessment” (“Nature1 (F)”).

  2. Use of Proceeds

    1. The 6th Series Unsecured Corporate Bonds (Green Nature Bonds)

      The funds are scheduled to be allocated by the end of April 2026 to repay loans used for the manufacturing of the 40000 series energy-saving trains and the introduction of "Sustainable Cars" (*1) as part of our Green Projects. In addition, the funds are scheduled to be allocated by the end of March 2027 to new investments related to the designation of the “Seibu no Mori” as an environmental conservation area, which is part of our Nature Projects. Until the actual allocation date, the funds will be managed as cash or cash equivalents.

    2. The 7th Series Unsecured Corporate Bonds (Social Bonds)

    The funds are scheduled to be allocated by the end of April 2026 to repay loans used for the installation of platform doors (at Shin-Tokorozawa Station on the Seibu Railway Shinjuku Line, and Hoya Station on the Seibu Railway Ikebukuro Line) and the continuous grade-separated interchange projects near Higashi-Murayama Station on the Shinjuku Line and between Nakai and Nogata Stations on the Shinjuku Line, which is part of our Social Projects. Until the actual allocation date, these funds will be managed as cash or cash equivalents.
