Security First International Holdings, Inc. (OTC: SCFR) and YieldTether Provide Treasury Update Reflecting Increased Amazon and Tesla Positions

· Issued by Security First International Holdings, Inc. via OTC Markets
Security First International Holdings, Inc. (OTC: SCFR), together with its subsidiary YieldTether, today provided an updated treasury report reflecting additional staking of Amazon and Tesla shares as part of the Company’s ongoing treasury transparency initiative.

As part of the latest treasury update, YieldTether has increased its equity-backed treasury positions by an additional 200 shares of Amazon (AMZN) and 220 shares of Tesla (TSLA). Following these additions, the Company’s reported treasury holdings now include approximately:

963.357 shares of NVIDIA (NVDA)
1,019.287 shares of Amazon (AMZN)
726 shares of Tesla (TSLA)
2,000 shares of Microsoft (MSFT)

The Company continues to present these holdings as part of its treasury reference framework for SCFRT, which is designed to provide market participants with greater visibility into treasury composition, treasury-backed reference value, and the broader relationship between treasury performance and SCFRT market activity.

Using the Company’s stated circulating supply framework of 10,000,000 SCFRT, market participants may evaluate treasury-derived NAV against the live trading value of SCFRT and assess whether the token is trading at a premium or discount relative to treasury reference value.

Management believes that continued growth in treasury holdings, coupled with ongoing transparency around treasury composition and SCFRT market activity, may contribute to broader market attention around both YieldTether and Security First International Holdings, Inc. Traders may evaluate treasury growth, NAV visibility, and SCFRT price discovery as part of a broader market narrative surrounding SCFR and its subsidiary treasury platform.

“This update reflects continued treasury expansion and continued transparency,” said Brian Fowler, CEO. “Our objective is to provide the market with a clearer view of how treasury growth, SCFRT trading activity, and public-market visibility may interact over time.”

Security First and YieldTether emphasized that any relationship between treasury value, SCFRT trading activity, and SCFR common stock remains entirely market-driven. No assurance can be given that SCFRT will trade at, above, or below treasury-derived NAV, or that SCFR will reflect any specific valuation relationship to YieldTether, SCFRT, or treasury activity.

The Company intends to continue issuing treasury updates as holdings evolve and as additional transparency tools are rolled out to help market participants monitor treasury performance, SCFRT market behavior, and related public-company visibility.
