The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 30th May, 2025 considered and approved re-appointment of Mr. Sonesh Jain of M/s Jain Sonesh & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor for one term of Five years from 01-04-2025 to 31-03-2030.
