Additional Listing - Scrip Dividend
The Company is pleased to announce that shareholders holding 11,305,326
Ordinary Shares, representing 65.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company, have elected to take the scrip dividend in respect of the final
dividend of 9p per share for the year ended 31 December 2013. Accordingly, the
Company has allotted, subject to admission to trading as below, 301,008 new
Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of these shares, the total issued share
capital for Company will be 17,487,295 Ordinary Shares.
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock
Exchange for 301,008 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading, in relation to
the operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the final dividend for the year
ended 31 December 2013. Dealings are expected to commence on 12 August 2014 and
the shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the
Company.
