Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) this is to inform that the Company Satchmo Holdings Limited has paid a total amount of Rs. 70 Crores and has discharged its total liability in full as per the One Time Settlement entered with the ARC (LENDER) and the Company.
