We wish to inform the exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company met today on October 06, 2025 on shorter notice and upon recommendation of the NRC committee confirmed the re-appointment of Mr. Kumar Nellor Gopalkrishna as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five years, subject to shareholders approval.He is also re-appointed as Independent Director on the Board of the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.
