SALE OF TOP CENTER OFFICES BUILDING
São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. ("São Carlos" and BM&FBOVESPA: SCAR3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, Top Center Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda., a subsidiary of São Carlos, entered into a Deed of Sale and Purchase to disposal the Top Center Offices building ("Top Center") for R$
152.6 million, fully paid on this date.
Top Center is a class A office building located on Avenida Paulista in the city and state of São Paulo. The building has 13,463 sq.m. of gross leasable area ("GLA"), distributed in 17 floors, and 370 parking spaces.
The portfolio of São Carlos and its subsidiaries is now consisted of 84 properties, totaling 410,144 sq.m. of own GLA, with an estimated market value of R$ 4.3 billion.
