Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to report the utilization of fund from capital increase during January 2022 to June 2022 deriving from the exercise of the warrants pursuant to the Ordinary Share-Purchase Warrants of Sansiri Public Company Limited to the Directors and Management/Employees of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries # 8 (ESOP # 8). The total amount received from such exercising has been utilized for the Company's working capital in full, the details of which are as follows:
