Sandvik has been awarded a large underground mining equipment order from La Cantera Desarrollos Mineros, one of Mexico's leading underground mining contractors. The order is valued at approximately SEK 430 million and was booked in the second quarter, 2025.

STOCKHOLM , June 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sandvik has been awarded a large underground mining equipment order from La Cantera Desarrollos Mineros, one of Mexico's leading underground mining contractors. The order is valued at approximately SEK 430 million and was booked in the second quarter, 2025. The order includes amongst others, loaders, drill rigs and rock bolters. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2025 and continue through 2028.
