To consider and approve the appointment of a Managing Director of the Company pursuant to the demise of the erstwhile Managing Director, Late Shri Umesh B. Sandu, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other statutory and regulatory approvals as may be required.3. To consider and approve the reconstitution of the Committees of the Board.4.
