We would like to inform that the Board of Director ("BoD") has approved the appointment of Mr. Rashid Jahangir, as Acting President & Chief Executive Officer of Samba Bank Limited ("SBL") with effect from May 22, 2025 till the time permanent President & CEO is appointed in due course.
