The members of the Company have, at the 69th AGM held today, i.e., Saturday, 26 September 2026, approved the payment of Commission of one per cent on the net profits of the Company for the financial year 2026 - 2027 (1 April 2026 - 31 March 2027) to Dr Sundarasamy Veluswamy (DIN: 05314999) Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company.
