The Board of Directors have, at their meeting held today, fixed the date of 69th AGM to be held on Saturday, 26 September 2026 and Fixed Saturday, 19 September 2026 as Record Date for determining the members who are eligible to attend the AGM, for payment of dividend and e-voting purposes.
