SAKATA INX CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka City; Yoshiaki Ueno: Representative Director President & CEO; Securities code: 4633) announced today that it has acquired New Zealand Servicom New

Zealand Limited (hereinafter, "Servicom") and that it is in the process of acquiring Australian Galaxy Inks & Coatings Australia Pty Ltd. (hereinafter, "Galaxy Inks") through its American subsidiary INX International Ink Co.

The SAKATA INX Group was already selling ink in Oceania via its American subsidiary, but it has now acquired Servicom, which was the exclusive distributor in New Zealand, and that it is in the process of acquiring Galaxy Inks, which was the exclusive distributor in Australia. Both companies have an excellent record as the Group's

exclusive distributors for metal decorating inks, packaging inks, sheet-fed offset inks, and more in their respective areas. This acquisition aims to expand sales in the Oceania market and further boost the SAKATA INX brand.
