The proceedings of the said meeting are enclosed herewith.The Company provided the remote e-voting facility to the members on the proposed resolutions to be considered at the EGM from 9th February, 2026 (9:00 AM) to 11th February, 2026 (5:00 PM). Further, members and proxy holders, who attended the EGM, were provided facility to vote through the polling papers.The results from the polling papers at the EGM and from remote e-Voting will be submitted separately in the format prescribed under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.You are requested to take the above information on record.
