Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/POD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July, 2023 we would like to intimate that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Gujarat on January, 12, 2026 at Rajkot, Gujarat, as part of the Investment Promotion Activity for Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conferences. The MOU is for the project establishment of a Biogas Project in the State of Gujarat.
