not less than the existing status. The reasons for adjustment of this event are
 as follows;
 - dividend payment rate is higher than the rate which is specified in Term and 
Condition Governing the Rights and Obligations of the Issuer and Holders of the
Warrants to Purchase the Ordinary Shares of the Company Series #4 clause no.4.2
(e) The Company pays cash dividend at a rate higher than 90% of the Net profit
after tax of the consolidated financial statement (audited)
