Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice pursuant to Regulations 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, be and is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited ('Company') is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the registered office of the Company or through Video Conferencing, inter alia, to consider the below matters: -1. Approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chairperson.Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per earlier submission vide letter dated 26th June, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Designated/Connected Persons with effect from July 01, 2026, which will open 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
