Strengthening the organization to accelerate international development Roctool(Euronext Growth - FR0010523167 - ALROC), specialists in heating and cooling technologies for plastics and composite molds, announces the appointment of José Feigenblum as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and his entry onto the Board of Directors. A redesigned organization to enhance efficiency
Since late 2025, Roctool has initiated an evolution of its organization to accelerate its development and strengthen its competitiveness. This transformation is built around three priorities:
- Strengtheningcustomer and key account management in strategic segments,
- Accelerating project executionand operational performance,
- Reducing costsand optimizing procurement on a global scale.
To lead these key initiatives, José Feigenblum was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in early 2026
Mathieu Boulanger, Chief Executive Officer of Roctool, stated: "Within the framework of the transformation launched by Roctool since late 2025, I wanted to strengthen our operational organization by entrusting José with the leadership of these key initiatives. José has been working with Roctool for many years, and his experience in China and Europe gives him a unique global and operational perspective of the company. His appointment represents an important step in strengthening our productivity, efficiency, and execution capabilities internationally".
Strengthened governance and clarified rolesAs part of this evolution, José Feigenblum also joins Roctool's Board of Directors
This appointment reflects the Group's commitment to strengthening its governance and supporting the ongoing operational transformation. It will enable the Chief Executive Officer to focus even more on overall strategy, the development of key accounts and major clients, industrial partnerships, and relationships with new investors, while relying on the Chief Operating Officer to drive performance and operational execution.
