Roctool (Euronext Growth - FR0010523167 - ALROC), a French specialist in high-performance induction technologies for the molding of plastics and composites, has introduced a new governance structure to support its strategic refocus on its core advanced technologies. Sébastien Ignotis, a member of Roctool's Board of Directors since the Company's most recent capital increase at the end of 2025, succeeds Jean-Marie Demeautis as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026.

This governance change comes as Roctool enters a new phase of strategic refocusing, following a transition period in a complex market environment. The Chairman of the Board plays a key role in defining the Company's strategic direction and overseeing its effective execution. In his new role, Sébastien Ignotis will be responsible for ensuring sound governance and rigorous monitoring of Roctool's strategy, working closely with the management team.
