22 May 2023   VENTURE LIFE GROUP PLC   ("Venture Life", "VLG" or the "Company")   Results of AGM Venture Life (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today at the offices of Simmons & Simmons LLP, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker St, London EC2Y 9SS. Ordinary resolutions 1 to 6 were duly passed along with special resolution 8. Special resolution 7 was not passed.
