Venture Life Group Plc ("Venture Life" or the "Company") PDMR Shareholdings - Grant of Awards   Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces that, pursuant to the Company's 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan (" LTIP "), it has granted options to subscribe for an aggregate of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the capital of the Company (the " Options ") to the Company's Executive Directors, as follows: Director Number of Options granted Exercise Price Jerry Randall 1,000,000 38.10 pence Daniel Wells 1,000,000 38.10 pence Gianluca Braguti 1,000,000 38.10 pence The Options (which are subject to malus and clawback provisions) will vest after three years following publication of the Company's annual results for 2025 and will be exercisable within 7 years of vesting.  Vesting is conditional on the achievement of certain performance criteria which include a total shareholder return and earnings per share measurement.  The grant of the Options constitutes a related party transaction for the purposes of AIM Rule 13.
