Results of 2026 Annual General Meeting
Cornish Metals plc announced that all resolutions were duly passed at its 2026 Annual General Meeting, with approximately 83.5 million ordinary shares voted, representing 66.5% of the issued shares. Key resolutions, including the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, re-election of directors, and auditor appointments, received overwhelming support, with most passing with 99.99% or 100% of votes in favour. Notably, the approval of the General Share Authority and Pre-Emptive Disapplication Authority also passed with high percentages, though the latter saw a slightly lower approval rate of 97.30%.
