Conduit Holdings Limited - Results of 2023 AGM   Conduit Holdings Limited ("CHL") (Ticker:CRE)   Pembroke, Bermuda - 18 May 2023 Results of 2023 AGM Conduit Holdings Limited announces the result of voting on the resolutions at its 2023 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on Wednesday 17 May 2023. The meeting considered the 17 resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice dated 17 April 2023. Each of the resolutions was duly passed by the required majority. Resolutions 1 to 14 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolutions 15, 16 and 17 were passed as special resolutions. The total number of votes received for each resolution is set out below. A copy of the special resolutions passed will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . On the voting record date, 15 May 2023, CHL held 757,823 of its common shares in treasury and had 165,239,997 common shares in issue (including treasury shares).
