Result of AGM and EGM
The Company announces that all resolutions proposed at today's AGM and EGM were
duly passed by shareholders.
As detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 14 October 2005, admission to
AIM and first day of dealings in Ordinary Shares is expected to be on 7 December
2005.
