At the Brooks Macdonald Group PLC AGM held on October 28, 2025, all proposed resolutions were passed. Total votes cast were 13,594,198 Ordinary Shares, representing 85.62% of the Ordinary Shares in issue on October 24, 2025. Shareholders approved the receipt of the Annual Report and Accounts with 13,593,526 votes for and 600 against. The declaration of a final dividend was approved with 13,594,126 votes for. The Directors' remuneration report and policy were approved with 13,440,650 and 13,382,446 votes for, respectively. The re-election of Maarten Slendebroek, Andrea Montague, John Linwood, Dagmar Kershaw, Robert Burgess, and James Rawlingson as directors, and the election of Katherine Jones as a director were also approved. The re-appointment of the auditor was approved with 13,420,477 votes for, and the board was authorized to set the auditor's remuneration with 13,444,963 votes for.
