Karelian Diamond Resources Plc announces that all resolutions presented at its annual general meeting were passed by shareholders. Resolution 1, 3, 4, and 5 received 100% of the votes for, with 40,791,564 votes cast. Resolution 2(a) also achieved 100% approval with 40,791,554 votes for, while Resolution 2(b) was approved by 99.07% of shareholders, totaling 40,414,199 votes for.
