Quadrise plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were passed on a poll, with resolutions 1 through 7 approved as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 8 and 9 as special resolutions. Notably, resolution 1 received 388,270,391 votes in favour, representing 99.86%, while resolution 3 garnered 338,483,392 votes for, or 86.26%.
