Result of 2026 Annual General Meeting
Anglo Asian Mining PLC announced that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong shareholder support for most proposals, including resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 9 receiving over 99% of votes in favour. Resolution 6 saw 93.77% in favour, while resolution 8 received 86.43% support. The company previously reported producing 7,915 tonnes of copper and 25,061 ounces of gold for the year ended 31 December 2025 and is progressing with its strategic plan to become a mid-tier producer by 2030.
