Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), we wish to inform you that REPONO MATHURA TERMINALS PRIVATE LIMITED, a step-down subsidiary of theCompany, has received approval from the competent authority of North Central Railway, Agra Division, for the Engineering Scale Plan (ESP) submitted in connection with the proposed Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal (GCT) at Ajhai Station on the MTJ-PWL section in Agra Division.
