The following amendments have been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 1 August 2025 at 10.26 under RNS No 6315T:   The Company's issued capital as at 31 July 2025 consisted of 547,222,967 ordinary shares of 10 pence each of which 3,111,044 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.   Therefore, the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 544,111,923 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.   All other details remain unchanged.
