Total Voting Rights – Replacement

The following amendments have been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 3 June 2024 at 09.00 under RNS No 4823Q:   As at 31 May 2024:   ·    4,079,337 ordinary shares of 10 pence each were held in Treasury; and   ·    the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company was 549,512,383 , a nd this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.   All other details remain unchanged.
