SINGAPORE, October 3, 2025 - Rectitude Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: RECT; the "Company" or "Rectitude"), a Singapore-based provider of safety equipment and related industrial products, today announced that Mr. Chan Yong Xian, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from his role effective September 30, 2025, for personal reasons. The departure is not related to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its accounting practices, financial statements, internal controls or operations. The Company has appointed Mr. Chan Kah Chun as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective on the same date until a permanent successor is named and will update shareholders accordingly.

Mr. Chan Kah Chun, age 32, currently serves as the Finance Manager of Rectitude, a role he has held since 2015. He is an experienced finance executive whose background includes 12 years of financial and accounting experience and a track record of driving results. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chan Kah Chun served as an account executive at Kings Materials Pte Ltd and CSJ & Associates Marketing Pte Ltd. He completed the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business from Kompas International College in Malaysia and obtained several diplomas from Shen Jai School of Commerce in Malaysia.

The Company reaffirms its outlook for fiscal year 2026, expecting continued revenue growth and disciplined cost management. Rectitude is focused on driving shareholder value through the launch of its All-in-one Intelligent Micro-Grid System (AIMS), ongoing investments in product innovation, and the expansion of its retail branch network.
