With reference to our earlier intimation dated 28th May, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 24A of SEBI(LODR) Regulation, 2015 enclosed herewith is the revised Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended on 31st March, 2025, the revision has been made due to an inadvertent error in the date mentioned in earlier submitted report.
