This is in furtherance to our letter dated 27 November, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulation, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the outcome of circular resolution passed by the Board of Directors, considering and approving the allotment of equity shares upon conversion of 5,00,000 warrants into equivalent equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to Non-Promoter Category.
