The Management Board's Report sums up our company's achievements in the first half of 2022. It contains a descriptive presentation of the Rawlplug Group's situation, including significant events influencing it, the directions for further development, the stages of implementation of the plans presented in previous years, and the HR situation - most importantly, all in line with the principles of Sustainability.
The consolidated financial statements of the Rawlplug S.A. Group cover the first six months of this year and were drawn up as at 30 June 2022 in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, and with IAS 34 - Interim Financial Reporting. The financial statements are an obligatory document presenting the company's performance in figures, including revenues and expenses, as well as the balance of assets and liabilities.
"The form in which we have prepared this year's reports presents our company in a perfect manner, not only to stock market investors, but also to all those interested in our activity. When drafting them, we had first and foremost our customers and suppliers in mind, since for them these documents provide the most reliable basis for working with Rawlplug S.A." says Piotr Kopydłowski, Chief Financial Officer, Rawlplug.
