Pursuant to Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amend, read with "Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" and Code of Conduct for practices and procedures Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI)," the Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed for trading in Company''s Securities by Designated Persons as defined in the aforesaid " Code of Conducts" and immediate relative thereof from 01st July, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 will be intimated later.
