Dear Sir/Madam,
In terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 ("SBEB Regulations"), this is to inform you that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee ("NRCC") of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 06, 2026, has approved allotment of 33,417 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employee(s) pursuant to exercise of stock options under the ESOP 2006 of the Company.
The paid- up Equity Share Capital of the Company, post this allotment, stands 13,39,31,350 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 26,78,62,700.
We are in process of completing other formalities with respect to issue and listing of the said Equity Shares.
The details required for the disclosure under Regulation 10(c) of the SBEB Regulations are enclosed as
Annexure-A.
