Announcement of RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. on the information related to the public takeover b id Pursuant to the provisions of the Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital market, in order to meet the obligation to provide information, RÁBA AutomotiveHolding Plc. as issuer announces the following. As RÁBA Plc. publicly announced on September 8, 20 25, 4iG SDT EGY Plc. as the Offeror made a public takeover bid (Takeover bid) on the same da y for all ordinary shares of RÁBA Plc. (HU0000073457) issued by the Company. According to the Offeror's announcement published on December 16, 2025, "in the competition supervision proceedings initiated before the Albanian Competition Authority, the Montenegrin Competition Protection Agency, and the North Macedonian Competition Authority for the purpose of approving the concentration based on the acquisition by 4iG's subsidiary, 4iG SDT EGY of direct sole control over Rába, the competition authorities - most recently in the decision of the Albanian Competition Authority issued on 15 th December 2025 - have resolved to authorize the proposed concentration concerning the acquisition of control over Rába by 4iG SDT EGY."
