Announcement of RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. on change in ownership of an executive officer

Pursuant to the Capital Market Act CXX of 2001 as well as pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, in order to meet the obligation to provied information, RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. as issuer announces the following.

Mr. János Torma, the Managing Director of Rába Vehi cle Ltd. sold 1,664 ordinary shares issued by RÁBA Plc. on the Budapest Stock Exchange on Janu ary 7, 2026 at an average price of HUF 3,900/share with the help of MBH Bank Plc. as an investment service provider.

After the transaction, Mr. János Torma does not hold any Rába shares. Győr, January 16, 2026
