(via TheNewswire) October 12 th , 2022 –   TheNewswire - Vancouver, BC -  Quizam Media Corporation (“Quizam” or “the company”) (CSE:QQ) is pleased to announce it has entered into a shares-for-debt agreement totaling $25,000 with arm's-length parties regarding outstanding consulting fees and proposes to settle the debt through the issuance of 500,000 Common Shares (the " Shares ") of the Corporation at a deemed price of $0.05 per share. The Shares issued will be subject to a 4-month-plus-1-day hold period from the date of issuance.
