(via TheNewswire) Vancouver, BC - TheNewswire - Mar 28, 2023 - Quizam Media Corporation (“ Quizam ” or “ the company ”) (CSE:QQ) (OTC:QQQFF) is pleased to announce it has entered into a shares-for-debt agreement totaling $41,458 with an arm's-length party regarding outstanding consulting fees and will settle the debt through the issuance of 829,167 Common Shares (the " Shares ") of the Corporation at a deemed price of $0.05 per share. The Shares issued will be subject to a 4-month-plus-1-day hold period from the date of issuance.
