Purchase of shares into the EBT
SThree plc announced that between March 6 and March 16, 2026, the Trustee of its Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust purchased 857,933 ordinary shares for a total of £1,489,557, with an average price of approximately £1.73 per share. These shares will be held in the trust for employee share schemes. Following this acquisition, the trust now holds 1,044,555 ordinary shares, representing 0.82% of the company's issued share capital.
