Publication of Annual Report and Accounts
Metir plc announced that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be delayed beyond the AIM Rules deadline of 30 June 2026, due to the time required for IFRS accounting notes and disclosures, though no unforeseen accounting issues exist. 30 June 2026 Metir plc ("Metir" or the "Company") Publication of Annual Report and Accounts Metir plc (AIM: MET), the international provider of advanced water and environmental monitoring technologies, today provides an update on the expected publication date of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "FY25 Accounts"). Whilst there are no unforeseen accounting issues, the audit of the Company's FY25 Accounts has been delayed, primarily due to the time required for accounting notes and disclosures under IFRS. As a result, Metir will not publish its FY25 Accounts by close of business today, 30 June 2026, being the effective deadline for publication under the AIM Rules for Companies. Consequently, the Company's shares are expected to be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 1 July 2026, pending publication of the FY25 Accounts. The Company expects to publish its FY25 Accounts by early next week and no later than 7 July 2026.
