Publication of a Prospectus
Tesco PLC, through its corporate treasury entities, has published a base prospectus dated 3 July 2026, approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, detailing an update to its £15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. This programme is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Tesco PLC for notes issued by its treasury subsidiaries.
