Ludwigsfelde, 2nd September 2025 - The Supervisory Board of Veganz Group AG ("Company" or "Veganz") (ISIN: DE000A3E5ED2 / WKN: A3E5ED / symbol: VEZ) made important personnel decisions at its meeting yesterday. Massimo Garau, CFO, will leave the company on 31 January 2026. He will be released from his duties as of 15 September 2025. Moritz Moeller, CMO, will not renew his contract, which expires on 31 December 2025, and will leave the company at that time. Anja Brachmueller, COO, will remain with Veganz Group AG: her contract has been extended by the Supervisory Board for three years until 31 December 2028. The Supervisory Board would like to thank the departing members of the Management Board for their many years of dedicated service and their valuable contribution to the development of the Veganz Group. As of 1 February 2026, the Executive Board of Veganz Group AG will consist of two members: Anja Brachmüller and Rayan Tegtmeier. The position of CFO will not be filled. Jerome Nauert will take over as Head of Finance. He will report directly to the new CEO Rayan Tegtmeier, who has extensive CFO experience. The half-year figures will be published as scheduled on 25 September 2025.
