Mr. Sascha Voigt was appointed Deputy Chairman.Mr. Evgeni Kouris is the founder and managing director of New Mittelstand in Berlin and has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, sustainable business model development, and corporate succession in small and medium-sized enterprises.After studying computer science and business administration, he began his career at BCG Platinion, where he led transformation and digitization projects for international corporations and family businesses and played a key role in establishing BCG Digital and later BCG X. He then founded several start-ups, including Gamewheel in the field of marketing technology, and the New Mittelstand platform, which, with over 1,000 members, is one of the largest networks for corporate succession in the DACH region.In 2020, he took over as interim co-CEO of HERMANN'S, the food tech initiative of the Bahlsen Group, and has been active in the food tech sector ever since.
