Sudirman, Jakarta 12190 https://www.medcoenergi.com Indonesia ‌MedcoEnergi Announces 2025 Interim Dividend Jakarta, Indonesia, October 29, 2025 - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MedcoEnergi) today announces the distribution of an interim dividend for financial year 2025. The Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners have approved the distribution of a USD 42 million interim dividend (equivalent to approximately IDR 28.3 per share) for the financial year 2025. The interim dividend will be paid in Q4 2025 in accordance with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) regulations. This declared interim dividend represents an increase of 66% above the interim dividend paid in 2024, bringing the total dividends paid in 2025 to USD 80 million, an 18% increase per share compared to the calendar year 2024.
